While Valentine's Day is all about hearts and flowers, we’re making the entire week a celebration of kindness and positive energy across the Seasons at Umstead community.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Stop by the Seasons clubhouse anytime Monday 10^{th<\/sup>, Tuesday 11th<\/sup>  or Wednesday 12th<\/sup><\/b> during open office hours and help us assemble small affirmation goody bags with uplifting notes to spread joy to our neighbors. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n}

These goody bags will be distributed during a Seasons community resident breakfast event<\/b> on Thursday, February 13^{th<\/sup> from 7-9 AM at the clubhouse.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n}

Can’t make it in person? Here are some simple ways to participate next week on your schedule:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

• Leave an encouraging note for a neighbor<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Introduce yourself to someone new<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Perform a random act of kindness<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Share a positive review online or refer friends and family to our community<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Share your favorite affirmations, quotes, or random acts of kindness on social media to inspire others.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Let’s fill the Seasons community with compassion and connection! We can’t wait to see you during Valentine’s Week.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
